This song started as a tribute to "Trouble in Mind" (which I love and sing on a regular basis), but somehow developed into something of a meditation on being able to channel the troubles and worries from my life into music.

Building on the original sentiment, this song to me is almost like a sequel where I accept that yes, I got troubles, but I can do something about how I process them rather than let them weigh me down.
